HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT
- Go to Support Page
- Click on one of the support option Buttons
- Email - one incident
- Coaching - one month
- Telephone - one session
- Remote access - one session
- You will then be directed to a payment page where payment can be made with credit card (paypal)
- After payment you will be directed to a form where you will complete your question or telephone or remote support times, depending on your support request
- You will receive a response within 24 hours
- You can change your password by clicking on Support/change password
- You can retrieve the Email Support/Telephone/Remote pages by clicking on the desired tab and entering your email address and password; your password will expire according to the type of service requested.
